1. Service Description

HustleGems™ provides done-for-you credit repair services. This includes:

• Performing a full audit of your credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

• Preparing and sending dispute letters to credit bureaus regarding inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information.

• Filing complaints with the CFPB, FTC, and/or BBB when appropriate.

• Up to two (2) full rounds of disputes and escalations within your 60-day service period.

• Ongoing updates regarding the status of your disputes during the program.

Our service does not include credit counseling, debt settlement, legal advice, or loan services.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this service — which involves immediate, time-sensitive labor and dispute filings — all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Once you make a payment and our team begins work on your credit file, the full service fee is earned.

You acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy by completing your purchase.

3. Results Disclaimer

While we perform every service to the highest standards and in compliance with the law, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results, deletions, or credit score increases.
Results vary depending on your personal credit profile, the credit bureaus' verification processes, and the responses of creditors and data furnishers.

We guarantee that we will complete the dispute and complaint processes described in our service, but we do not guarantee the outcome of those disputes.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information for the purpose of credit repair services.

• Provide access to your credit monitoring account (such as SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, or similar) so our team can view your reports.

• Respond to our team in a timely manner if we require additional information.

Failure to provide access to your credit reports or respond to inquiries from our team may limit your results.

5. Legal Compliance

HustleGems™ complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and all applicable federal and state credit repair laws.

You understand this service is not legal advice, and we are not attorneys.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of purchase. We offer payment plans via our payment processor as outlined on the checkout page.

If you select a payment plan and fail to complete all scheduled payments, your service may be paused or terminated until payment is complete.

7. Service Duration

The standard service duration is 60 days from the date we begin work on your file. During this time, we will perform up to two (2) full dispute rounds and file applicable complaints.

If your case requires escalation, we may complete an additional third dispute round within the same service period.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, dispute templates, and service methods provided to you remain the intellectual property of HustleGems™. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HustleGems™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Acknowledgement

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge:

• You have read and understand these Terms of Service.

• You understand the results of credit repair cannot be guaranteed.

• You agree to our no-refunds policy.
